Therapy Groups
One area of focus that I am deeply passionate about is supporting people with developing (and/or deepening!) their meditation practice. While profound healing can happen in 1-on-1 sessions, something remarkable and markedly different happens when we share in our journey with others.
If you are curious to explore healing in community, join the waitlist below as I work to finalize the details of each.
